Councillors
Stowe parish councillors are elected by local residents and serve for four years.
Contact details of each councillor appears on this page, together with a brief biography.
There was no election in May 2025 as there were only six candidates for the seven seats so all candidates were elected unopposed.

Brief biographies
Sue Boulet (Chair)
Sue has lived in Dadford since 2015. She thought it would be a nice thing to get involved with village life and to try and do something positive for the community we live in. In June 2017 she became a Parish Councillor. With husband Jamie they run a business within the event industry. They have four grown up children plus four grandchildren. Please feel free to contact Sue: sueboulet@stowepc.co.uk or 07967 666040
Jamie Boulet
A Parish Councillor since March 2018, Jamie likes to be hands on and do as much as he can around the Parish. His summers are very busy with outdoor events work (see wife Sue’s comments above). Jamie enjoys spending time with family, working in the garden and spending time outdoors.
Kim Wood
Kim moved to Dadford in 2019 with her husband and three teenaged children, most of her time of late has been taken up with renovating their new home and working for their family business. Her husband is a keen racer and spends a good deal of his time at various race circuits, so being close to Silverstone is a bonus.
She decided that she would like to make a positive contribution to her community and was delighted to be elected as a parish councillor. Kim’s interests include DIY, gardening, cooking and walking their dog.
Angela Macpherson
Angela and her husband Iain moved to Dadford over eight years ago, from the Claydons, and enjoy village life, their allotment and long walks around Stowe and the surrounding countryside. Angela retired last year from being a local councillor and deputy leader of Buckinghamshire Council and is keen to continue to contribute to her local area and the work of the parish council.
Hilary Hawkins
Hilary has lived in Dadford with her husband Chris since 1973. Both their children were born and grew up in the village. She is a member of Dadford W I, Stowe Parish Church and is a long-time allotment holder. She is also the co-organiser of the very successful Dadvent Light Festival, which helped bring back the Dadford spirit of old. Hilary firmly believes we need to build on this to keep our village community alive. She still works as a part time bookkeeper. Her interests are gardening, keeping ducks and Pygmy goats.

Steve Williamson
Steve has lived in Dadford since 2011. Prior to moving there he was living in London and working as a network engineer for Kings College. His interests include listening to music, computing, gardening, walking and photography.
